PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- The oldest all-news radio station in Pittsburgh is going off the air at the end of the year.
Employees at KQV were told Friday that the station will sign off for good on Dec. 31.
The station started broadcasting in 1919.
Its current owner says he cannot afford to keep the station going because of declining ad revenue and increased costs.
