Around 11:40 a.m., a passing pedestrian saw an unresponsive man in the 600 block of Spring Avenue and called police.

When police arrived on the scene, they found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Allegheny County medical examiner’s office has identified the victim as 21-year-old Mahlik Terin, of McKeesport.
