Free Spay/Neuter Surgeries Offered For World Spay Day
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) --- Feb. 27, 2018 is World Spay Day.
In honor of the occasion, Humane Animal Rescue and Animal Friends will be joining forces for "Snipped In A Snap."
They'll be offering 100 free spay/neuter surgeries.
