A jury has awarded $105,000 in civil damages to a Pittsburgh man who claimed police used excessive force against him during a 2010 traffic stop.
The woman, who did not want to be identified, told KDKA Investigator Marty Griffin that she saw a city officer pistol-whip Anthony Kenney during a traffic stop on the North Side. She says she could hear the whole thing from her living room.
