Week 16: Pittsburgh vs Cincinnati in a must-win game for the Steelers.
Let’s take our weekly look back at the week that was in the NFL for week 7.
CINCINNATI (93-7 THE FAN) — Their first three road games followed a familiar script, but, fortunately for the Steelers, so did this one.
CINCINNATI (93-7 THE FAN) — Perhaps, of all the Tomlin-isms we’ve heard lo these five-plus years, “the standard is the standard” is the one both quoted and satirized the most. In any event, it’s the one that backup running back Jonathan Dwyer apparently takes to heart.

Cincinnati has lost two straight games in October after ending September with 3 straight wins. They are one-half game ahead of the Steelers in the AFC North standings, with a record of 3-3.
PITTSBURGH (93-7 THE FAN) — The Steelers played 5 days ago, but the rest of the NFL wrapped up week 6 of the season over the weekend and last night, with the week concluding with […]
PITTSBURGH (93-7 THE FAN) — Now, as much as ever, the Steelers need solid veteran leadership after consecutive last-second road losses to two AFC cellar-dwellers. One of their most proven leaders, defensive end Brett Keisel, believes his team has pinpointed its problems.
PITTSBURGH (93-7 THE FAN) — Baron Batch’s NFL career began with an injury, which, in and of itself, seems to make him a perfect fit for the Steelers’ running game these days.
