The National Park Service will provide a tour of the visitor center being built at the Flight 93 National Memorial on the eve of the 13th anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.

Ground was broken Tuesday for the next phase of the Flight 93 National Memorial, a visitors’ center covering nearly 7,000 square feet.
Local dignitaries took shovels in hand to officially break ground for this region’s new post exchange or PX in Moon Township.
“We’ve rebuilt downtown. We’ve recreated a neighborhood here, and I’m just really pleased and excited to be part of that,” said Pittsburgh Mayor Luke Ravenstahl.
