Indicted former football coach Jerry Sandusky declined to face his alleged victims in court on Tuesday. However, that didn’t stop his attorney from challenging their credibility outside the courtroom by saying they may be engaged in collusion.
Moments after Jerry Sandusky waived his hearing this morning in Centre County, there was reaction from just about everyone including the attorneys for the alleged victims.
A preliminary hearing that was expected to last all day and include testimony from the alleged victims in the child sexual abuse case against Jerry Sandusky instead only lasted minutes.
KDKA Radio’s Mike Pintek was joined by Al Lindsay, attorney at Lindsay Law Firm and a former state and federal prosecutor, on Tuesday afternoon.
