The KDKA Investigators have learned that charges against former Highmark CEO Dr. Ken Melani will be dropped as part of a plea deal made between all parties involved.
Highmark Terminates CEO Amid Scandal
Dr. Kenneth Melani was fired from Highmark following an alleged dispute over another man’s wife. According to a statement from the Board of Directors, Dr. Melani was terminated at president and CEO after a meeting Sunday morning.
Highmark Names Interim CEO
The Highmark Board of Directors has named Board Chairman, Dr. J. Robert Baum, Highmark’s interim CEO.
