Hidden Safety Problems Led To Mine Disaster

The Mine Safety and Health Administration revealed today that Massey Energy kept two separate logs – one official, and one internal – in order to hide numerous safety problems from government inspectors prior to the April 2010 explosion that killed 29 miners in West Virginia.
