Pitt Football running back James Conner had the best games of his career in the team’s 51-48 loss to Duke on Saturday, putting up 263 yards and three touchdowns on 38 carries and that, along with what he has done the rest of the season has him among the semifinalists for the Maxwell Award.
Looking to followup on a spectacular freshman season, Pitt Wide Receiver Tyler Boyd, the nation’s most productive freshman receiver last year, has been named to the 2014 Biletnikoff Award watch list.
