Mentally Disabled Man
Two men accused in connection with the beating death of a Harrison Township man with mental disabilities were held for trial during a preliminary hearing Friday.
Police have ruled 61-year-old Ronald Duff’s death a homicide.
Police have arrested two men after a man who was mentally disabled was found dead in his Harrison Township home.
Homicide detectives were investigating the death of a mentally disabled man that was deemed suspicious by the medical examiner’s office, after his body was found seated on a couch in a relative’s western Pennsylvania home.
