Jerry Sandusky, the retired defensive coordinator for Penn State’s football team, has waived his preliminary hearing today at a court in Centre County. The proceedings were set to get underway at 8:30 a.m. The hearing was set to come more than a month after officials filed dozens of child sexual abuse charges against Sandusky.
The other person at the center of the Penn State investigation is football coach Mike McQueary who allegedly saw Jerry Sandusky raping a boy in a locker room shower.
