About 13,000 people were left without power after severe storms rolled through Pittsburgh Tuesday night.
The three Duquesne University residence halls that lost power last week, displacing hundreds of students, will be without power again Monday.
It’s been more than 24 hours, but staff and students at Duquesne University are still in the dark.
Some people were left in the dark overnight.
PENN Power says a substation in Ellwood City experienced a disruption of power.
