Sandusky’s Wife Gets Bail Money Back
STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (AP) A judge on Thursday granted a request by former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky that the court return to his wife the $50,000 she put up for his bail before he was convicted this summer of sexually abusing nearly a dozen boys.

HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) A former Penn State graduate assistant who complained he saw former assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky showering with a young boy on campus and testified at his sex abuse trial sued the university on Tuesday for what he calls defamation and misrepresentation.

PITTSBURGH (93-7 THE FAN) — The Associated Press reports Dauphin County judge Todd Hoover has ordered jury selection for the trial of former Penn State senior vice president Gary Schultz and former athletic director Tim Curley to begin Jan. 7.
