The suspect in a deadly shooting in New Kensington that later led to an overnight SWAT situation in Brackenridge is now in custody after turning himself into police. Police say they have arrested 34-year-old Raymond “Rico” Rivera in connection with the shooting death of 37-year-old John LaToy Evans.
