The Gateway Clipper sets sail Oct. 27 with two available cruise times. Reservations are required.

Since the launch of its annual Halloween party in 2009, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Pittsburgh’s Big Chemistry Halloween bash has grown into one of the most popular Halloween parties in the area. Last year’s celebration raised nearly $4,500 and drew more than 300 guests for an evening of dancing, drinks and appetizers. This year promises even more ghoulish fun when the bash moves to Altar Bar. Big Chemistry Halloween Bash is hosted by Big Brothers Big Sister’s Young Professional Outreach Board. Guests must be at least 21 years old to attend.

If you like supporting Pittsburgh’s local musicians, then you will have a blast getting in the Halloween spirit to the sounds of bands from the South Side’s The Dirty Charms and Philadelphia’s Clashing Plaid. Partygoers must be at least 21 years old to attend.
