All menu items are locally “sourced, organic and sustainable…wherever possible.” If that wasn’t enough to make you want to go, Habitat now offers live jazz music from Wednesday through Saturday night. Embury will take you back in time. Billed as a “pre-prohibition” cocktail bar, Embury offers old-time classic drinks like Rye Whiskey and hand-mixed bitters. It’s not only the drinks, however, that draws a crowd to Embury. It’s also the New Orleans-style jazz music. It’s the combination of old-time drinks and music that make this one of the best Pittsburgh jazz clubs.
