You know who should also be on this list is Schiller’s Pharmacy. I cannot stay out of that place. It is as if you left Pittsburgh and went to NYC for a moment in time when you enter the door. Super perfumes and incredible toiletries that will have you wanting to buy one of everything!

Thank goodness that once again the Pittsburgh media neglects the true gem of Shadyside; Ellsworth Ave. With some of the best restaurants in the city like Soba and Umi as well as the best salons in Pittsburgh like Capristos and some of the great TRUE boutique clothing stores like Hiptique and Designer Days, Ellsworth is the best kept secret in Western Pennsylvania. Not to mention that you can aviod the insanity of trying to park on or around Walnut. Visit Ellsworth, grab a cup of coffee and talk a stroll, you will be truly pleased with what you find.
