City Councilman Helps South Side Woman With Parking Meter Problem
There's good news for a woman with physical disabilities and her brother on the South Side. When the city installed new high-tech parking meters in front of their house, they were forced to feed the meter every few hours or be ticketed. They paid hundreds of dollars in fines and wanted only to have a handicapped parking space in front of their door. Today, their wish came true; KDKA's Brenda Waters reports.
