Washington County Man Facing Rape Charges

A Washington County man is charged in the rape of a 15-year-old girl. State police say he smoked drugs with her and then left her for dead on her front porch after she overdosed. That girl is now in Children's Hospital; KDKA's Christine D'Antonio reports.
