Computer Problem Causing Issues For Those Looking To Get Gun Permits

About 100 people a day walk into the Westmoreland County Courthouse to get a gun permit. But this week, many people in Westmoreland and around the state have gone home frustrated because of a problem with Pennsylvania's computer system; KDKA's Trina Orlando reports.
