Flash Flooding Victims' Families File Lawsuit
The families of the victims of the flash flooding on Washington Boulevard are suing local government agencies, and a car maker, saying more should have been done to prevent the tragedy in an area with chronic flood problems; KDKA's Harold Hayes reports.
