Predicting Snow Storms Not An Exact Science
From two inches of snow in Slippery Rock to more than a foot in the Allegheny River Valley near New Kensington, the winter storm delivered as promised. Well actually, it delivered more than promised in some areas. That has left some folks digging out and wondering what happened? KDKA's Kimberly Gill reports.
