Toomey-Manchin Background Check Bill Fails To Win Supermajority In Senate
The U.S. Senate has voted down an effort to expand gun background checks. The bill was co-sponsored by two local politicians in opposing parties, Senators Joe Manchin, of West Virginia, and Pat Toomey of Pennsylvania; KDKA's Jon Delano reports.
