Man Accused Of Exposing Self Reaches Plea Deal

NORTH STRABANE TOWNSHIP (KDKA) – A Butler County man accused of exposing himself to a wedding party at a hotel in Washington County in June was in court on Tuesday.

Charges for Randy Wayne Northcutt have been waived until he enters a guilty plea on Sept. 2 at 9 a.m.

He will enter the guilty plea after he completes drug and alcohol treatment and undergoes mental health evaluations.

Once he completes those requirements, he will plead guilty to indecent exposure and will receive 12 months of probation.

Northcutt, 44, is also not permitted anywhere near the Doubletree Hotel in North Strabane Township.

According to police, he allegedly stood naked in a full-length window of the hotel as a wedding was taking place in the swimming pool area four stories below.

Witnesses said it went on for about 10 minutes and that Northcutt allegedly fondled himself at times.

After getting complaints, officials say the hotel's manager on duty went up to Northcutt's room and told him there were children outside and that he needed to close the curtain or they'd call the police.

Police said it still continued, so they arrived and arrested Northcutt in the hallway outside his room.
