Wife Charged As Accomplice In Fatal Greene Co. Shooting

WAYNE TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- State Police have filed new charges in a fatal shooting in Greene County and one of the victims is now a suspect.

Lana Roe, 40, was allegedly shot by her husband, 32-year-old Jason Roe, in a cabin off Strawn Hill Road in the village of Spraggs in Wayne Township on August 14.

She was at the cabin with 38-year-old Cordele Patterson. He was allegedly shot and killed by Jason Roe.

State police are now charging Lana Roe with criminal homicide and are calling her an accomplice in the shooting.

Roe was arraigned and is now being held in the Greene County Prison. No bond was set.
