PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Seton LaSalle Catholic High School will appeal a decision by the WPIAL to suspend its top football coaches.
Last month, the WPIAL board voted unanimously to suspend new head coach Mauro Monz and assistant coach Jason Pinkston.
The two are accused of trying to recruit players from other schools.
On Friday, Seton LaSalle filed its appeal, saying it is “anxious to tell its side of the story.”
