PITTSBURGH (NewsRadio 1020 KDKA) — Kym Johnson, Hines Ward’s “Dancing with the Stars” partner, talks to KDKA-AM’s John Shumway about her Steeler partner, being a Pittsburgh celebrity, and her special visit to Pittsburgh.

Last month, fans packed downtown Pittsburgh for a rally honoring the couple who took home the coveted “Mirror Ball Trophy” on the reality dancing show.

Johnson laughed off questions about a romantic relationship with the Steelers wide receiver.

“We’re such good friends,” Johnson added. “Obviously I don’t have to tell Steeler Nation how amazing he is. He’s such a beautiful person and we get along really, really well; but we’re just very good friends and we will be forever.”

Johnson added that she’s never been to a game before and she’d really like to come to Pittsburgh to see her old partner take the field.
