CONNELLSVILLE (KDKA) — A second young victim has died following a crash in Fayette County on Friday.

Officials say 14-year-old Tayler Derrell, of Connellsville,passed away Saturday afternoon.

Dawnielle Victor, 12, of South Connellsville, died yesterday.

State police say Victor’s mother lost control of their car on snow-covered Breakneck Road and was struck by a pickup truck.

The mother, at last report, was listed in fair condition at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.

State police in Uniontown are investigating the accident.
