Arrest Made After Garfield Teen Killed

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Friday night, police arrested a man for allegedly shooting and killing 16-year old Ne'Ondre Harbour of Garfield.

Around 9:20 p.m. Friday, Pittsburgh Police arrested 21-year-old Brandon Sewell at a home in the 7400-block of Hermitage Street in Homewood.

Harbour, a star athlete at Pittsburgh USO, got caught in a neighborhood dispute on Oct. 14 and was fatally shot.

Although Harbour was not involved in the dispute, police say Sewell was standing outside the house he was in and began firing shots.

As Harbour tried to escape, he was shot in the torso and taken to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, where he later died.

Sewell is charged with homicide.
