2020 Election Guide: Information For Pennsylvania Voters
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Voters all across the country will be heading to the polls on Nov. 3 to cast ballots for national and local candidates. Here is the information you need to know to navigate the voting process.
On Election Day, the polls in Pennsylvania are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., but many people have already voted by mail-in ballot as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic. If you are headed to the polls, look below for more information on changes you can expect and tips for first time voters.

HOW TO:
If you are under coronavirus quarantine and still have not voted: According to the Communications Director for the Speaker of the House Mike Straub, the voter "may apply to use the emergency absentee ballot option, and to designate an authorized representative to pick up and return their ballot to the county board of elections."
"It's important to note that there are two forms that must be filled out: one for the emergency ballot and the other for the authorized representative to pick up and return the ballot."

WHERE?:
The Allegheny County Elections Division says ballot return is available until Election Day in the lobby of the County Office Building from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. On Election Day, the lobby will open at 7 a.m. for ballot return. Voters who have made errors on or misplaced their security or declaration envelope may get replacements at the window.
If a voter has made an error on their ballot, or has not received one previously applied for, the Allegheny County Elections Office can reissue the ballot at the counter.
